As an energy-plus building, IBVtikon generates more energy than it consumes. The hybrid solar system generates electricity and heat at the same time, surplus heat is stored for months in the solar storage unit under the basement slab, and there is a battery storage unit and twelve charging points for electric cars for the electricity that is not consumed.
