Lindenpark office and residential building in Linz

The new construction of this modern combination of office and residential building in the centre of Linz uses the BES system with 2,700 m² of geothermal storage, 360 m² of collector surface and 400 kW of heat pump capacity. The office building with 4,400 m² and the residential building with 4,000 m² share a technical centre that enables the exchange of energy between the buildings.
