The Herzkamp J project in Hanover comprises three buildings with 80 residential units. High-quality living space, where great importance was also placed on environmental protection and sustainability. The innovative energy concept involves the thermal activation of the geothermal storage system. Solar heat from thermal collectors for domestic hot water and heating support is also fed to the geothermal storage system and used for heating in winter. All this is done by a renewable ERS system in combination with a geothermal/water and air/water heat pump from BES.
