Cooperative apartment buildings

The Baugemeinschaft Ettlingen (Ettlingen building association) chose the BES system for the construction of these two apartment buildings with a total of 36 apartments ranging in size from 65 m² to 124 m² and a day care centre. A geothermal storage system was installed in two layers, along with a heat pump and thermal collectors. The heat pump covers 100% of the buildings' cooling requirements.
